Kudos to whoever came up with this idea! I work there and I had no idea that this was going on. This a very good way to feed the homeless and hungry. I've been in the food & beverage industry all of my life and the food that I have to and I've seen thrown out is deplorable. More food establishments should get involved with programs like this.
